Freezer is only 9 months old and randomly stops working, gets to 40-70 degrees in the freezer and will eventually start working again. Had the service tech come out today and was told there isn't anything they can do because it was working. Said he would order a new board because that is probably the issue. Just received an email stating that they will not order any parts. So I paid over $800 for a freezer that I can't rely on, is still under warranty but can't be fixed and randomly stops working. What am I supposed to do? I can not recommend this freezer or service.
