The Fridge is beautiful but your quality control sucks. The crisper draw filters does not snap into the draw securely in my attempt to secure it in I snapped on of the clips. I called customer service and they were not helpful. You are building a fridge with a design flaw and you donât care. Went to PC Richardâs and they are contacting their Sales Representative from your company so far no contract from Frigidaire. I am thinking of posting on Facebook a twitter to describe how you are putting out a product with a design flaw and your customer service is not concerned nor are they pushing up the line to quality control for your product my unit was manufactured in Jan of 2023 and the store model was manufactured in 2022 and that unit has same issue . I. Need a new filter cap for the crisper drawer sent to me free of charge.
