Defective interior lights!

We had previously purchased this identical refrigerator in Feb 2023. We were very happy with it. When we needed to purchase one for a different residence in April 2023 we did not hesitate to order the same one. It was delivered on April 27. That night we noticed the upper interior lights were not working. We called Customer Service who put us in contact with JEM Appliance in Hayward, CA who scheduled a service call on May 1. Repairman could not fix and ordered interior light assemblies. Had to call them several times for status of repair service. Finally after several weeks parts were delivered. They attempted repair on June 13 but again were unsuccessful. This time they ordered a relay circuit. Said it would take several weeks to arrive. It's already been 7 weeks! We are very frustrated that this issue is not resolved. This refrigerator was delivered and continues to be defective. This is not what we expected for a Frigidaire! We plan to leave town in soon and don't want to leave this matter unresolved. Please help us resolve this even if it takes replacing it with a new one. We greatly appreciate your help with this. Please call us.

The interior layout allows a lot of storage. I really like the shelf that can slide back and accommodates tall bottles. There is even a shallow snack drawer which I hadn't noticed when buying. There are four levels of shelf storage on each door unlike 3 for most models. The lack of exterior dispensers was a main selling point. The other was the third drawer which eliminates opening and closing the main doors so often. The unit is attractive both inside and out. I also bought it from a local dealer who always has provided great service. I love this refrigerator.

I am beyond happy with this refrigerator. I had wanted to upgrade my refrigerator to a bigger size and specifically wanted a Frigidaire. I was lucky enough to find this one at a scratch and dent sale and it was more that I had wanted. It's easy to set up, sleek, and has wonderful features inside, including the drop down shelf for taller items and the side door water dispenser. The ice cubes size and shape is great to end cubes. The flex drawer is a terrific feature and the bright light is perfect and most importantly, my vegetables aren't freezing towards the back. Temperature seems to be even throughout. Couldn't be happier.

It was perhaps one of the worst decision I ever made is when I bought this refrigetator. Not even a week, it already giving me a problem. First, theres the intermittent alarm that saying the door is open when it is not. Then the light inside will turn off. The worst part, this mosly hsppen at night until early morning when everbody is asleep. I called the customer service to send a technician. So far, three already came.
