i purchased the fridge from best buy on june 22nd, delivered on 24th. the fridge stop cooling 7 days later. it ruin all my food. i reset the fridge. it worked for 4 more days and stopped cooling again. all food ruin again. called samsung this past sunday, july 11th, they set a tech appt for the 15th. in the meantime, i have no way to cool my food. the temp is holding at 34 for the fridge and 0 for freezer, but the inside is a hot box about 70 degrees. i'm so upset with this product. i was trying to match my stove that i purchased from home depot but they did not have a fridge to fit my space so i was told to try best buy. at this point, i'm not satisfied with the product. i want the tech to pick it up and i will try another brand.

This Samsung fridge is awesome, has lots of room, and is extremely quiet. I love the black stainless steel look. The Samsung fridge features a modern exterior with trendy flat door design. There are easy to open recess handles that contribute to the stylish look. The entire surface is fingerprint resistant. I have a 1.5year old at home and do not need to do any extra wiping and cleaning which is AMAZING! Moreover, you can use a Samsung app to control the temperature remotely. If the door is open too long, you will hear an alarm but also receive a notification on your phone which makes it super convenient. Gorgeous fridge. I'm extremely happy with my Samsung fridge.

We are slowly renovating our kitchen and the last fridge I had was a tiny little apartment fridge. This new Samsung fridge has a sleek design and looks great! I love the fact finger prints are very hard to see when looking at the fridge, since I have little one who love to touch the fridge. I really dig the recessed handles on the top of the fridge door and the bottom (for my kids). The inside of the fridge is very spacious and I love how the shelves are so easily movable to custom fit my groceries at anytime. This fridge is always at the perfect temperature and if not I can adjust it manually or with the smart app in my phone. Lastly I LOVE the fact that I am notified via the smart app when the fridge is left open too long. This Samsung fridge is a major upgrade from my prior fridge and I would definitely recommend it to any one who has a smaller home and needs more space in the fridge.

We absolutely love our new Samsung Fridge in black stainless steel. It doesn't smudge quickly, there are no handles to break off (we broke two off of our previous non-Samsung model), there are two different areas to grab the doors which is helpful for different sized people. We love having the freezer on the bottom as now most of the common everyday refrigerator items we need and use often are now at a better eye level. We like that setting the temperature is easy to see and adjust. The door beeps if you accidentally leave it open and that is helpful. So far, everything has been perfect in our new fridge. The shelves seem substantial both on the door and the main shelving units. I feel like this Fridge will be with us for a long time. We also love the two different levels of drawers offered inside the freezer drawer. The fridge is easy to understand and does what it is supposed to while looking great.
