purchased it based on good reviews but, from day 1 it sounds as if i am running a grinder. ordered it as part of an appliance package, which was a mistake, when tried to return i was told the whole order including other appliances have to be returned. kept it thinking it would fix itself. but it just got worse. also it doesn't heat up evenly. not sure how it has so many positive reviews. my 40 $ walmart microwave performs way better than this one.

we didn't even use it that much (on average, once a day to once every other day to re-heat food/drinks) and after less than 2 years, the power won't stay on anymore. it's not the outlet or plug. additionally, the top cover of the microwave was loose from day one and always produced loud vibrations. i'm severely disappointed in this product. we have many other samsung products and have always been happy with them. this experience has been horrible and we won't be using their appliances again.

Great microwave while it worked. Looked good on the counter and didn't take up a whole lot of space. Easy to clean. After 5 or so months it would still power on but would not heat food. The problem has not been simple to resolve.

i hate this microwave a month in the door kept getting stuck now i need 2 hands to open it. ive only had it 4 to 5 months and cant seem to contact anyone thos website sucks for help the chat even was frozen

i purchased this microwave because the house came with all newer stainless steel samsung appliances. i thought i’d stick with that; however, i’m rethinking this brand after my experiences. i wish i could say this is the first newer product i’ve had problems with, but it is not. we use this microwave only a few times per week and have had it for 2 years. the microwave works fine right now, but the display is suddenly missing a segment, which makes it hard to discern the numbers sometimes. warranty is only 1 year, i’m seeing, and getting this repaired will cost nearly as much as the microwave itself. instead of investing more money into samsung, i think i will buy a new microwave of a different brand. i expected more from the quality and longevity, for sure.
